Wheeew! Finally my website is back… got caught up with some issues regarding my hosting. But thanks to the efforts of their crew, my blog is back again.

my blog’s stayin’ alive!

I totally freaked out upon discovering that my site was “Suspended” so I immediately called the attention of my hosting to get some explanation. Apparently, I overused server resources, which then resulted in a third party program on my hosting to temporarily disable my services. Simply put, a program on my host counts how much I was using his server for file processing and other stuff. And based on my understanding, I have passed the limit before my counter could reach the next reset.

What happened was “OUR” fault (me and my hosting). The only thing which I think that might have eaten my allowable limit was my photo gallery because of some background processing used by the images (I should have used flicker instead).  And it was partly their fault because I didn’t receive any form of warning or notice that I was already on the brink of extinction. =)

But past is past and all I care about now is fixing the root of the problem. I need to make some major adjustments on my photo gallery. I think I will continue with my Flickr plan.

I hope google didn’t forget me while I was gone for about 4 days.
