Just Bought 2 Playstation Portable Units (Slim: white and pink)

Finally, the long wait is over and I was able to get my hands on a couple of psp’s just this afternoon

here they are

They are both worth around 13ooo pesos each. Kinda pricey since I got this on a deferred basis…

But I know a place at SM San Lazaro where you could get this stuff for 11k only…

Here is what I got… for each set:

PSP Unit

the chargers

manual/box

crystal case

4gb memory card

an earphone

a pouch

a strap

screen protector

lens cleaner

Plus I got a month’s worth of free games

and a DVD with the copies of other games

You can actually copy the other games, movies, mp3s if you have brought some sort of storage like a portable hard disk or a dual layer DVD.

One more thing… I noticed that the accessories are unlike those that I got before from my bricked/sold PSP Phat/Fat… These ones that I got are somehow only of Class A types… glad that I still have some of my old accessories…

A piece of advice… if you got money, go ahead and take it by cash and select the items that you think you need… buying bundles will kinda leave you with no choice… well in my case that happened… although I knew that the accessories aren’t what I expected them to be… i have no other choice…

But if you are a certified NOOB with psp stuffs… I think you will definitely be persuaded by the dear old TINDERA (saleslady) to buy the most expensive bundle if they have one… hehe … I suggest you bring someone who knows this kind of stuff.

I remembered back at the days of proof of concepts hacks… we are always holding our fingers crossed when trying to upgrade from one version of devhook to another…. and there was always the thing about downgrading.. But luckily, today you need not worry about such things… Glad there’s China… lols…

I talked to some of the store employees (btw, i got the psp from 2 different stores and they revealed to me that they only have one supplier) and they told me that the psp’s are already modified in order to play ripped games. Also, don’t be shocked if you are pretty observant if you notice that the cards/mmcs are pre-loaded with games… in other words, the whole psp bundle was pre-configured.

Well, preconfigured or not… you will have it modified anyway…

Anyway, mine was a nice buy… I just checked it a while ago and they are A-OK…

P.S.

In case you are wonderin’ why I haven’t got the Red PSP spiderman edition… Because it costs a lot more, around 18k if I try to get one which I think doesn’t really matter since they are actually the same PSP just different in color. What makes it expensive is the two UMDs included in the red psp bundle.. I think it has a UMD game and a UMD movie of which I don’t know much further…
