    Warriors
The Warrior class specializes in close-range combat. Warriors possess the highest HP (Hit Points) and defense among all classes. They usually serve as tanks or front-liners in parties and during the Chip wars.

The killing method of a warrior is simple and direct: his skills focus on strength, accuracy, defense, or damage buffs, and various attack skills.

The only drawback of warriors is that they move slowly. They are able to compensate by using Wind weapons or by wearing Ranger armors. Mystic buffs (Velocity) and certain Warrior class skills (Cora Zealot’s Sprint) also help them move fast.

Some warriors, though, have trapping or debilitating skills, allowing them to slow down enemy movement or weaken them.

    Rangers
The Ranger class specializes in ranged combat. Rangers have high SP (Stamina Points) and can move swiftly due to the added move speed bonus in their armours. Though their fiewpower is not as great as the other classes, they attack with stealth and have the ability to dodge attacks. Their armor also grants them high elemental defense.

Ranger diversity only shows itself in the upper-tiered classes. Depending on the ranger class chosen, a ranger can become a stealth assassin, trapper, harasser, or assaulter.
    Mystics
The Mystic class specializes in heavy force combat. They have offensive attack spells that induces damage to the target as well as offensive non-damaging spells (called debuffs or negative buffs) that cripples the target. Mystics have high FP (Force Points) but low HP and defense. This class’s survival rests on its heavy firepower, killing the enemy before it can strike back.

The Mystic class is only available to Bellato and Cora.

Through the use of buffs and debuffs, Mystics can become one of the most versatile of classes. They have spells that prevent opponents from using skills, remove their buffs, or heal. The problem with Mystics, however, is that their spells require training to become stronger and more useful. This class is not for the impatient.

    Specialists
The specialist class is the most diverse across the three races. They are capable of crafting normal and intense weapons and armors and can also put up Guard Towers that attacks all enemies within its range. They are a supportive class as they are able to revive dead racemates and restore defense gauges.

Specialists are able to wield any kind of weapon but they are only limited to Expert skills. They do not have Expert Force spells, however (in the case of the Bellato and Corite Specialist).

The Accretian Specialist is able to equip grenade launchers to inject negative buffs on the opposing race and remove negative buffs from race mates. The Bellato Specialst (Rider), further in its class tree, may use a Massive Armour Unit (MAU) while Cora Specialists are able to summon a Sealed Animus, which are smaller versions of the Mystics’ animus.

    Cross Classes

Upon reaching level 30, a character will become eligible for class promotion. At this point, he can select a number of other classes.

Cross classing occurs when a character chooses a class that is not part of the natural progression of his base class.

For example, a warrior choosing a ranger level 30 class, or a mystic choosing a warrior level 30 class.

The advantages of this is that the character will gain all advantages of that other class. In the example above, the warrior-ranger will be able to use ranger Elite skills along with warrior Elite skills, whereas if he had chosen a warrior level 30 class, he would NOT be able to use ranger Expert or Elite skills.

The disadvantage of cross-classing is that the character will not be able to use Class Skills. Class skills are unique skills inherent to upper tier classes.
