RadeonX900 - Banned for exploiting “Bugged pots” on RFonline PH (hacker, bug-ger, abuser, etc, rad, radeon, x900)

RadeonX900 is known to Rfonline Phillipines players as the Race Archon of the Accretian race on the Praxis server. He had been an archon for quite some time now.
However, he was caught on video while exploiting the so-called “pot-bugging” method wherein his method of healing his character is no greater than a cheat as some may say it.

The penalty is, well I really don’t know. But this is what I heard:
50% reduction of PT
20% reduction of CPT
10% on skill point
Others, I don’t know…
