I suddenly realized that I haven’t blog since December 17, 2006. That was more than a week a ago from this post. So many things — fun things happened during those previous days. Today is Christmas and it is really quite something.

I must admit that Christmas this year isn’t quite as happy as I expect it to be. To be honest, it seems that people are having a hard time celebrating it. However obvious that fact might be, we filipinoes still manage to find some time and money to spend the holidays with lots of fun.

What has happened why I wasn’t able to blog?

Here it goes..

After the last post about the globe platinum cinema, I needed to attend to my “other” personal matters. Well, there was the required number of hours I needed to finish in Araneta before December 20. There was also the project paper I needed to submit on or before December 21. Then I was fully book with lotsa parties here and there (I really like that part), and etcetera…

Here is a detailed list of what really happened…

December 18 – monday
I was back at Araneta. I only have 20 hours left to work there. I begun burning my personal file unto CDs and I finished my remaining tasks. Everybody was so busy. I went home early to see my girlfriend at our house. Again we ate dinner together with my family. I stayed up late and played DOTA on my PC.

December 19 – tuesday
I came early at the office trying to finish my new project paper since the first paper I submit was rejected. I was accused of making my paper haphazardly. Well, that one is true, I did made it hurriedly. I stayed at the office until midnight and when I came home, I headed straight to bed.

December 20 – wednesday
I was at my last at the office. I was really eager to end my required number of hours. I am really hype into getting into my vacation mode at that very moment. I finished my project paper that day and gave it to JL and Don for submission at the ERC department of our school. I also got the certification of the completion of the 520 hours requirement. It was my last day at the office so we played DOTA again. There was also a celebration of JAAF’s birthday. We ate spaghetti. cake, chicken, and etc. I was really full that night.

December 21 – thursday
I went to our campus to finish my requirement for that term. Luckily, I was able to make it. After that, I spent the day at the house waiting for my girlfriend to come. She was my date at the Christmas party at the office. Well, it was different from the first christmas party coz it includes the whole 17th floor department where the IT department was included. We went to divisoria to buy something for our little kris kringle. Unfortunately, my girlfriend lost her cellphone when we went there. The appropriate word for that would be stolen. It was stolen right from her bag.

December 22 – friday
I was in party mode once again. This time it was a party held by the company where my girlfriend works part-time. It was held at Pearl Plaza at Parañaque city. There were lots of children back at the party. We went home early that night.

December 23 – saturday
I stayed at home the whole day. I was trying to enjoy the holidays. I was really happy that everything was running smoothly. I was looking forward for christmas.

December 24 – sunday
Everyone was excitedly preparing for the coming of “noche buena” later that night. Here in the Philippines, it was a tradition to welcome the coming of the 25th of December. We celebrated that event together at our house. But earlier before noche buena, we went to Richard’s house to have a small celebration together with Richard’s family.

Decemeber 25 – today
I woke up at around 11am. I was really groggy when I woked up. Lunch was already prepared. So I skipped my breakfast and headed straight to lunch. After eating lunch, we fired a couple of rounds of “BOGA”. It was a cannon like pipe fired using denatured alcohol. We really enjoyed firing it, I stopped until the last drop of my alcohol was lighted. My girlfriend came later that afternoon and gave me and my family presents. Another family friend came by and him and my father drank to celebrate christmas. I went to a local convenience store to buy my girlfriend a couple bars of chocolate as a gift for christmas. Luckily, she liked it very much.

Well, I think that sums up most of what happened to me during the past days that I was gone from blogging. I am quite sleepy, maybe I’ll update this tomorrow morning.
