Created A New Intro For Neilscorner

Just now, I created a new look in the intro page of my website, or as we technical people say, the index page.
I created small image where my eyes are peeking through as if looking at you. It is still green only with a little of my flavor.
I also refined the inner page of my site. I basically reduced the sizes of the fonts in order to have a clean and cute look.
