Recently I noticed that I sometimes needed to catch my breath especially when walking fast, running up the stairs or after meals. That is why I thought to myself that I really need to get back into doing my exercise routine which I usually do 8 months back.
Ever since I stopped doing push ups, curl ups, and weight lifting, I begun to get fatter and fatter which is very unpleasant. On the other hand, it does have its positive effects. Before, I used to looked thin like an addict. Well, technically I was an addict of trimming my weight and my waistline. But it sure made me really ugly worse than what I really should look (just joking… am I? hehe…). But when I stopped doing the trimming of weight, I begun to gain a lot of weight, but everyone says that I looked nicer when fatter.
So, which is it gonna be? I don’t know. It really seems that I wanted to be fat yet slim. I wanted to lose my big tummy but have a very nice face. But I understand that it is hard to get both sides if the mountain. I guess I can only deal with one compliment. But well see about that…
