A Telephone At Last

After waiting for more than a week after my telephone application, the lineman came yesterday and installed the phone.
I’ve applied for this “Bilis-Kabit” (which means Quick Installation) promo of our local landline company. However, it was not taken care of as quickly as I’ve expected.
I thought that maybe upon applying for the line, thay can install it within the same they. I can still wait if it can’t be done, 2 to 3 days perhaps. But my God! a week? that is just terrible. My excitement to use the phone already passed. But a phone is a phone. In fact, it is hard to apply for one nowadays. You know, those forget to pay or can’t pay stuff that most companies are looking out for… It is a good thing that I have good credentials… c”,)
